Downtown Campus
The Downtown Campus of First Methodist Grapevine was
founded in 1865 as the Methodist Church Episcopal South. This
congregation has thrived in its original location at 422 Church Street
in Grapevine since its founding. The campus was dubbed "Downtown" when
Heritage merged with FUMC in 2009.

Heritage Campus
The Heritage Campus of First Methodist Grapevine was
originally Minter's Chapel, founded in 1854. This congregation was
originally located on what is now DFW Airport property. They relocated
and later renamed their congregation "Heritage United Methodist Church."
In 2009, Heritage merged with First United Methodist Church. The
Heritage Campus is located at 4344 Heritage Avenue in Grapevine.
