UMW Unit Study

The United Methodist Women will host the unit study Coming Out On The Side of Grace on Tuesday, February 28, from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.   Eve Hamilton, a spiritual growth study leader for the Central Texas Conference, will be the presenter.  All interested people are welcome.

Eve Hamilton is a member at Whites Chapel UMC and has held a variety of ministry related positions in the local church and conference. Eve has served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Board of Missions, represented the West District Mission, member and chairperson for Urban Ministries, Chairperson for the CTC Outreach Council, and Nurture Council. She has served as part of CTC Executive Board, the CTC Nominating Committees, and CTC Annual Conference Planning session. Over the past thirty years, Eve has taught Sunday school classes from children, youth and adult, lead worship, and served on pastor parish relations, finance, education, youth councils, and mission committees, Beginning in June 2011, she is a part of the Board of Directors for the Depression Connection. Eve has been married for 40 years to Darryl Hamilton.  She has two adult children Carson (Longview,  Texas) and Brooke (London, England). Professionally, Eve began her career as retail buyer for Dillard's Department Stores and Levi Strauss. She was on the management team for GTE Market Resources and the Inside Sales Director for FoxMeyer  - McKesson Pharmaceuticals. For the past 14 years has serve on the executive management team for ETAN Industries and is currently the Vice President of Corporate Staffing. Born in Fort Worth, educated in the piney woods at Stephen F Austin State University, Eve is proud to be a fifth generation Texan.
