Purpose: To plan and stage the annual church Gala and Auction which helps fund major missions in our church. Duties: Meet together to determine a theme, venue and missions which will receive our financial support. Collect items for the Silent, Big Board and Live Auctions. Time Requirements: Monthly meeting for planning and many fun hours collecting items and cataloguing them. Setting up the day of the event and follow-up, thanking donors. Skills needed: Enjoy planning events and a heart for fundraising for the church!
