DownTown - K thru 3rd Grade
In addition to events and activities begun as a Preschooler, Elementary children go through the Bible two times. The AIDS orphan project introduces children to personal participation in missions.
Sunday School - Bible Blast
Kindergarten - Third Grade children gather in Founders Chapel for Bible Blast, a fun, interactive, multimedia experience (50 minutes). Then they proceed to their classrooms for a snack and dismissal. Classrooms are as follows:
Kindergarten - Room 108
First Grade - Room 103
Second Grade - Room 106
Third Grade - Room 104
Children check in at the computer touch screen station located in the Founders Chapel Atrium and obtain a nametag. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you.

Third Grade Bible Explorers
Bible Explorers meets the third Sunday of every month from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 2008-2009. This is an amazing time for third graders to learn about their Bible. Children use their presentation study Bibles to learn how to use a Bible, learn about the history of the Bible, basic scholarship tools and methods, and generally familiarize themselves with the names of the books of the Bible. We end the year with a party. Since Bible Explorers meets at the same time as youth, the kids see the youth at church doing cool things. It develops an aspiration in kids to be like the youth they see. Parents also get acquainted with the Sunday night routine.
