Home » Ministries » Missions & Outreach » Missions Housing Part of our work within the Ministry Mile is providing low-cost housing for those in transition. The church owns the eight-unit apartment complex that is just to the north of the Sanctuary, as well as two houses on Ball Street.  Although some tenants pay full rent, others are on reduced or no rent. About half of the properties are used for mission housing. The income from full-rent tenants helps to support the mission units.  We partner with GRACE to provide transitional housing for several single mothers who have completed the GRACE program and are now working to be self-sufficient.
