Education/Background:
Cheri received her college education at West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas, where she majored in business education with an accounting emphasis. Before coming to First Church in 1997, she worked in office management and accounting in a wide variety of settings; including manufacturing, oil and gas and public accounting.

Family:
Husband, Bob, and sons, Kylar and Hal

Favorite Scripture and why:
I have many favorites, but the one that I refer to often is Psalm 121:1-2, I lift up my eyes to the hills - from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. In times of trouble (both large and small) this scripture always gives me strength.

Favorite Movie:
Being There (I love Peter Sellers)

What I like best about my ministry:
The wonderful staff and volunteers that I work with.

For fun I enjoy:
Reading, cooking and spending time with family.
