Rekindle
Your Faith Weekend Update
What an awesome weekend! In spite of the rain,
we had 168 at Family Night with Dan Wetzel, and 165 at the
Revival Night and Pot Luck Dessert! Sunday morning was great
fun, with 955 in worship and a fabulous lunch for 630 in the big
tent. Camp Faith had
75 kids in attendance!

you missed Sunday morning, you can watch it online!
Commitments
In the coming weeks, we will
continue to receive commitment cards from many of you. If you
have not yet turned in your commitment, you may still do so online,
in the church office, via postal mail, or in the offering plate on
Sunday morning. Our
goal is to have every card in before Celebration Sunday, March
19. Even if you cannot make a financial commitment at this
time, we
ask that you sign a card committing to pray for our church during
this exciting time!
Mexico
Mission
As we've mentioned in
previous newsletters, our tithe to mission work from the
Rekindle Your Faith campaign will allow us to reach out to our
local community through GRACE and to reach across the ocean to
Africa. Our third mission project will reach to our
neighbors to the south in Mexico. We will be partnering
to build a church in Mexico! Watch for more information
about how you can be involved coming soon!

Celebration
Sunday Set For March 19
Mark your calendars: On Sunday,
March, 19, we will announce the final commitment total for Rekindle
Your Faith and celebrate God’s movement within our church and our
lives. On Celebration
Sunday, we'd like for each
family to come prepared to give at least one week’s worth of your
three-year commitment. The more that we gather on that
Celebration Sunday, the more quickly our church can move into
greater mission and plans. Individually, and as a church body,
Celebration Sunday is the formal beginning of our renewed
understanding of giving—its purpose and power—and the privilege
we have to respond to God’s infinite love.
Follow-Up Begins
For the next three years, a dedicated team of men and women will officially function as “keepers of the program” on a calendar of specific
Rekindle Your Faith follow-up activities. As we enter a three-year period of faithfully keeping our commitments, you will receive monthly announcements during our morning worship services, testimonials, newsletter reports, recognition of program anniversaries, new-member enlistment activities, and quarterly statements about our church-wide progress.
Throughout the 36 months, the Rekindle
Your Faith Follow-Up Team, led by Walt Milner, will also report monthly and meet quarterly to monitor progress with RSI, our stewardship consulting firm.
