Project Fun!

Project Fun! is a community outreach after school program that targets elementary age children within our Ministry Mile. The ministry will meet each Monday afternoon in the Family Life Center from 3:00 - 4:00 PM. The meeting schedule will follow the GCISD school calendar. Project Fun es una programa extraescolar! Se invita a los niños del Cannon Elementary, grados 1-5, que nos ensamblen cada LUNES del 3:30 al 4:30 P.M. en la Centre de Vida Familia (La Primera Iglesia Metodista Unida de Grapevine) por una hora de diversión y bocados!

Volunteers are needed on-site during the Monday afternoon sessions to help with program and recreation activities, serve snacks and provide a relaxed, nurturing environment for the kids. Project Fun! also needs dedicated volunteers that do not have to be present on Monday afternoons. Vital off-site volunteer needs include: help with program development, coordinating a snack schedule or delivering snacks and developing/maintaining a volunteer schedule. Childcare will be available for volunteers. Project Fun! is a great opportunity to connect with the community in a casual and nurturing way. Come join the Fun!
